ENTRY FEE & CANCELLATION

1、报名费价格包含：
报名费价格仅为指定赛段赛事服务费，不含酒店住宿、餐饮、城市间大转场交通服务。
如需了解赛事后勤服务及价格，请移步后勤信息

2、报名开放时间：
报名至2026年6月28日24点截止，或在赛段名额满额后截止。

3、报名费包含：
- 报名一项比赛的选手：
(1) 赛事物资1份（含号码簿、号码牌、别针、扎带）；
(2) 存衣包1个；
(3) T恤1件；
(4) 完赛奖牌（比赛结束终点发放）；
(5) 赛道补给；
(6) 意外保险；
(7) 官方摄影
- 报名两项比赛的选手：
(1) 赛事物资1份（含号码簿、号码牌、别针、扎带）；
(2) 存衣包1个；
(3) T恤1件；
(4) 赛事文创产品1个；
(5) 完赛奖牌（每项比赛结束终点发放）；
(6) 赛道补给；
(7) 意外保险；
(8) 官方摄影
- 报名三项比赛的选手：
(1) 赛事物资1份（含号码簿、号码牌、别针、扎带）；

- 报名四项比赛的选手：

(5) 完赛服1件；
(6) 完赛奖牌（每项比赛结束终点发放）；
(7) 赛道补给；
(8) 意外保险；
(9) 官方摄影

4、草原王称号说明：

获得“草原王”称号的选手，则必须参加并有效完成4项比赛，其中包括：
1.7月10日骑跑两项冲刺赛（仅供草原王选手参加）
2.7月11日上午穿越西乌旗草原“99号公路”美丽乡村跑（草原跑23KM左右/美丽乡村跑10KM左右，二选一，距离越长，积分越多）
3.7月11日下午自行车挑战赛第一赛段——疾驰西乌（公路车71公里左右/山地车40公里左右）
4.7月12日自行车挑战赛第二赛段——穿越草原（公路车125公里左右/山地车81公里左右）
”草原王”总排名以积分为基础，完成4项比赛，获得相应的积分，才有资格进行“草原王”积分总排名。积分办法请参见赛事规则。

5.小小草原王称号说明：

获得“小小草原王”称号的选手，则必须参加并有效完成3项比赛，其中包括：
1.7月10日小小草原王骑跑两项冲刺赛（仅供小小草原王选手参加）
2.7月11日上午穿越西乌旗草原“99号公路”美丽乡村跑（亲子跑组别）
3.7月12日小小草原王自行车挑战赛（公路车/山地车）
”小小草原王”总排名以完赛时间累计为基础，完成3项比赛，获得相应的成绩，各年龄段及组别总时间最低男女选手获小小草原王称号，详情请参见小小草原王赛事规则。

***请选手认真阅读竞赛须知、赛事日程、退赛退费政策等赛事必要信息，确认无误后报名。***
1.报名费退费
2026年5月21日前申请退赛，不收取任何费用；
2026年6月22日24:00以前申请退赛，组委会将退还已缴纳报名费的80%；
2026年6月23日00:00至7月6日24:00，组委会将退还已缴纳报名费的50%；
2026年7月7日00:00以后，组委会概不接受任何退赛退费申请。退赛选手如需寄送赛事物资，必须在2026年7月12日12:00之前通过联系官方客服提交收件地址，组委会以快递到付的方式统一快递。
组委会不接受保留名额至下一个参赛年度。

2.后勤产品（含代订宾馆服务、接送机服务）退费:
2026年5月21日前申请退赛，不收取任何费用；
2026年6月22日24:00以前取消后勤服务，组委会将退还已缴纳后勤费用的90%；
2026年6月23日00:00至7月6日24:00取消后勤服务，组委会将退还已缴纳后勤费用的80%；
2026年7月7日00:00以后，组委会概不接受任何退赛退费申请。

3.因伤退赛：

本赛事未设置因伤退赛特殊条款。应伤病无法参赛的选手，请参考正常退赛退费规定执行。

4. 参赛名额为选手个人所有，组委会概不接受任何名额转让申请。签到时，选手应出示本人身份证或其他有效证件原件。

5. 特别条款：
1) 赛事开始前，如主办方因不可抗力（包括但不限于极端天气等原因）取消赛事，组委会将全额退还选手报名费至选手的原始付款账户。此外，选手因参加比赛而可能产生的往返比赛地交通费、预订退票费及其他相关费用，由选手自行承担。请选手谨慎报名。

2) 赛事举办过程中，如主办方因不可抗力（包括但不限于极端天气等原因）决定中断赛事，组委会将立即终止比赛并不予退还费用。此外，选手因参加比赛而可能产生的交通费、预订退票费及其他相关费用，由选手自行承担。请选手谨慎报名。

退费申请方式：
1.退赛退费：点击赛事电子手册退费申请模快，填写并提交退费信息。
2.本地选手申请优惠退费：点击赛事电子手册《退费申请》模块，填写信息并上传本地身份证明文件（包括但不限于居住证、户口本等），未上传附件申请组委会将不予处理，感谢您的理解与配合。

填写《电子赛事手册》退费为我们认可的唯一退费方式，组委会接受申请并核实相关证明无误后，将在15个工作日内将款项退回至选手的指定收款账户。
EXPLANATION FOR THE ENTRY FEE:

1. Event entry fee for each race category; no logistic service included.

2. Registration closes at 24:00 on June 28, 2026, or once the race segment quotas are fully filled.

3. Participants will receive the following event souvenirs upon check-in/completion of the race:
For participants who join only 1 race：
(1) Event materials (including number bib,chip, pin etc.)；
(2)1 Participant bag；
(3)1 Event T-shirt;
(4) Finisher Medal (distributed at the finish line after the race);
(5) On-track supplies;
(6) Accident insurance;
(7) Official photography service.
For participants who join 2 races：
(1) Event materials (including number bib,chip, pin etc.)；
(2) 1 Participant bag；
(3) 1 Event T-shirt;
(4) 1 Cultural and creative product.
(5) Finisher Medal (distributed at the finish line after the race);
(6) On-track supplies;
(7) Accident insurance;
(8) Official photography service.
For participants who join 3 races：
(1) Event materials (including number bib,chip, pin etc.)；
(2) 1 Participant bag；
(3) 1 Event T-shirt;
(4) 2 Cultural and creative products.
(5) Finisher Medal (distributed at the finish line after the race);
(6) On-track supplies;
(7) Accident insurance;
(8) Official photography service.
For participantswho join 4 races：
(1) Event materials (including number bib,chip, pin etc.)；
(2) 1 Participant bag；
(3) 1 Event T-shirt;
(4) 2 Cultural and creative products;
(5) Finish race clothes;
(6) Finisher Medal (distributed at the finish line after the race);
(7) On-track supplies;
(8) Accident insurance;
(9) Official photography service.

4. Description of “KOG” Title：
To be awarded the “KOG” title, participants must enter andsuccessfully complete all four events as follows:
（1）Sprint Duathlon on July 10 (For KOG only)
（2）Xiwuqi Route 99 Beautiful Countryside Running on the morning of July 11(23km Grasslands Run/10km Beautiful Countryside Run, Longer distance earns higher points.)
（3）The Cycling Challenge – Speedy Xiwuqi
on the afternoon of July 11(100km for road bikes/40km for mountain bikes)
（4）The Cycling Challenge – Cyclo Xiwuqi on July 12(125km for road bikes/81km for mountain bikes)
The overall KOG ranking is determined by competition points. Only participants who complete all four events and accumulate corresponding points are eligible for the overall KOG points ranking. Please refer to the official competition rules for detailed point calculation regulations.

5. Description of “Kids KOG” Title：
To be awarded the “Kids KOG” title, participants must enter andsuccessfully complete all three events as follows:
（1）Sprint Duathlon on July 10 (For Kids KOG only)
（2）Xiwuqi Route 99 Beautiful Countryside Running on the morning of July 11 (Parent-Child Run Category)
（3）The Cycling Challenge – Cyclo Xiwuqi on July 12 (Road Bike / Mountain Bike)
The overall ranking of 'Kids KOG' is based on accumulated points. To be eligible for the 'Kids KOG' overall points ranking, participants must complete all 3 events and earn the corresponding points. Please refer to the Kids KOG event rules for the points system.

***All participants are requested to carefully read the essential event information including the competition regulations, event schedule, withdrawal and refund policy, and register only after confirming all details are correct.***
Cancellation& Refund Policy

1.Registration fee Refund
l Applying for refund on before and on Jun. 22nd, 2026: the OC will charge 20% for cancellation service fee and refund the rest amount to applicants;
l After Jun. 23rd , 2026 to Jul. 6nd ,2026: the OC will charge 50% for cancellation service fee and refund the rest amount to applicants;
l After Jul. 7rd , 2026, no refund application for the event will be accepted by the organizing committee.
l The OC will not mail the event material to applicants who has cancelled registration.
l The OC will not reserve registration place for the next year.

2. Logistic product fee refund ( Including hotel booking services and airport pick-up and drop off services )
l Applying for refund on before and Jun. 22nd, 2026: the OC will charge 10% for cancellation service fee and refund the rest amount to applicants;
l After Jun. 23rd, 2026 to Jul. 6nd ,2026: the OC will charge 20% for cancellation service fee and refund the rest amount to applicants;
l After Jul. 7rd , 2026, no refund application for the event will be accepted by the organizing committee.
3. Cancellation for Medical Reasons:
There is no special rules for the applicants due to medical reasons. All refund applicants must follow the normal application procedures.
4. REGISTRATION IS PERSONAL AND CAN NOT BE TRANSFERRED TO ANY OTHER PERSON.Your passport must be showed when you check-in.

5. SPECIAL TERMS:
(1) If the event is cancelled due to force majeure (including but not limited to extreme weather etc.),the organizing committee will refund the registration fee in full to the original payment account of the participant. The organizing committee is not able to coordinate the cancellation process of transportation and accommodation for the time being, nor can it bear the loss of the cancellation of transportation and accommodation fees. Please register carefully.
(2) In the case that the event is suspend due to force majeure (including but not limited to extreme weather etc.) the organizing committee will not be responsible for the refund of registration fee or other cancellation cost for the change plan of travelling. Please register carefully.

Refund application:
1. Cancellation&Refund: Click on the 'Refund' module in the“Online Event Manual”, fill in and submit the your refund information.

Completion of the refund application in the shall be the Online Event Manual only official refund method recognized by the organizing committee. After the committee accepts the application and verifies that all supporting documents are correct, the refund will be remitted to the participant’s designated receiving account within 15 working days.
