注意事项

1.赛事客服：请选手在报名成功后联系我们的赛事客服，组委会有专人提供咨询服务。赛事期间会成立微信群统一发送组委会相关信息。

2.赛事计时：小选手们抵达竞赛办签到时会发放比赛使用的计时设备（指卡押金：200元，赛后退还）请妥善保管，如您不慎丢失，避免没有成绩，请尽快与客服联系。请选手遵守组委会安排的时间顺序提前到达现场，以避免检录关闭，无法进入比赛现场。

3.自行车快递：如果您参加骑跑两项赛需要携带自行车，组委会提供接收快递服务6月25号左右公布可接收的快递地址。

4.当地气候：早晚凉，夜间温度可能会降至15度以下，中午气温回升，白天风大，紫外线强烈，草原晚间容易下阵雨，请携带雨具。需要穿着和携带合适的衣物，做好防晒、防风、防雨措施。建议携带驱蚊水。

5.赛事安全保障：在赛事期间，我们会和当地政府协调进行赛道的封路，通过的路口以及危险区域配备警察、医护人员以及志愿者。将风险降到最低，有一个安全、轻松愉快的参赛氛围。

6.退费说明：报名成功后如需要退费，我们将按照组委会制定的退费规则安排退费，请您仔细阅读：退费规则 Cancellation Policy

年龄要求：9-14岁

体能要求：以中小学体能评估标准为参考，要求优秀评估结果。在日常生活中可以完成3公里及以上的跑步活动，或参加过其他亲子或儿童赛事。

参赛装备要求：车型不限、头盔、护具等装备、一双跑步鞋子和适宜运动的衣服。

Notes & Reminders：
1.Event Customer Service：All participants shall contact the event customer service after completing registration. The Organizing Committee provides dedicated consultation support. An official WeChat group will be set up during the event to release unified notifications and relevant information.
2.Event Timing：Timing chips will be issued to young participants upon on-site check-in at the competition office. A deposit of RMB 200 is required for the timing chip and will be fully refunded after the event. Please keep the chip properly. If lost accidentally, please contact customer service promptly to avoid invalid race results. Participants are requested to arrive at the venue well in advance following the scheduled arrangement. Late arrival will result in closed check-in and denied entry to the competition area.
3.Bicycle Delivery：Participants taking part in the duathlon who need to ship their bicycles may use the receiving service provided by the Organizing Committee. The receiving address will be announced around June 25.
4.Local Climate Tips：It is cool in the morning and evening, with nighttime temperatures possibly dropping below 15°C. Temperatures rise at noon, accompanied by strong winds and intense ultraviolet radiation. Occasional evening showers are common on the grassland. Please prepare rain gear and suitable clothing, and take proper protection against sun exposure, wind and rain. Mosquito repellent is recommended.
5.Event Safety Arrangement：During the event, the Organizing Committee will coordinate with local authorities for road closure along the race route. Police, medical staff and volunteers will be deployed at road crossings and hazardous sections to minimize risks and ensure a safe, relaxed and pleasant racing experience.
6.Refund Instruction：If a refund is required after successful registration, the application will be handled in accordance with the official rules of the Organizing Committee. Please read carefully: Cancellation Policy

- Age requirement: 9-14 years old
- Physical fitness requirement: Reach excellent level based on primary and secondary school physical fitness assessment standards. Participants shall be capable of running 3 kilometers or above in daily life, or have taken part in other parent-child or children’s sports events.
- Equipment requirement: Bicycles of any type permitted; helmet, protective gears, running shoes and proper sportswear are mandatory.
