1. 本次赛事所有奖项均为个人赛奖励，奖金按照《中华人民共和国个人所得税法》需征收20%的个人所得税。组委会将代扣选手的个人所得税，并且代选手向国家税务局缴纳个人所得税。选手可以在赛事结束三个月后，通过个税app查询缴税记录（代扣代缴单位：北京诺迪维管理顾问有限公司）。
The prize money is subject to the individual income tax law of the People's Republic of China, which shall be subject to the IIT rate of 20%. The organizing committee will withhold the IIT of the prize money winners and pay the IIT to the National Tax Bureau on their behalf. Prize money winners can check their tax records through the IIT App three months after the event (the withholding company is also the event's executive company: Beijing Nordic Ways Management Consulting Co., LTD.)
2. 奖金按达到的比赛成绩要求对应发放。所有获奖选手的成绩在赛事官方网站公示10日后，并确认无问题后再行发放。经裁判仲裁确认为犯规或确实存在作弊行为的选手，取消其名次和奖金，后面名次不递增。
The prize money shall be paid according to the achievement requirements of the race. The results of all winners will be published on the official website 10 days after the event and prize money will be released after confirmation that there are no problems. If a cyclist is ruled by referee as foul or other cheating behavior, his/her ranking and prize money will be cancelled, and the following ranking will not be increased.
3. 获奖选手在赛事结束后30日内填写奖金申领表，即：领取申请截止至2025年12月10日。自2025年12月11日，获奖选手尚未联系组委会申请领取奖金，或者未填写奖金申领表的，视为放弃赛事奖金。
Winners will have to fill in the prize claim form within 30 days after the race, i.e. the deadline for claiming the prize is December 10, 2025. If the winners have not contacted the organizing committee to apply for the prize money or have not filled in the prize money claim form until December 11, 2025, they are regarded as giving up the prize money of the race.
4. 获奖选手应参加颁奖仪式。在未通知组委会并获得许可的情况下，无故不参加颁奖仪式，视为放弃获奖名次。
Winners have the obligation to attend the prize giving ceremony. Failure to attend the ceremony without notifying the organizing committee and obtaining permission is regarded as forfeiting the winning place and prize money.
5. 总排名仅为长距离组，短距离组不参与总排名，无奖金。团队赛成绩不分男女组别。若同时达到年龄组领奖排名（40+、50+）以及全年龄组领奖排名，可分别申领奖金。若多站、多组别获奖，请多次填写表单，每张表单只体现一次获奖信息。
The overall ranking is only for the long-distance group, the short-distance group is not involved in the overall ranking, and there is no prize money. Team results are not separated into male and female categories. If you reach both the age group prize ranking (40+, 50+) and the all-age group prize ranking, you can claim the prize money separately. If you win multiple stages and categories, please fill out the form more than once, and each form will only reflect the award information once.
