特别风险提示：
1.骑游套包退费规则：
2025年10月14日24:00以前取消后勤服务，组委会将退还已缴纳后勤费用的90%；
2025年10月15日00:00至10月28日24:00取消后勤服务，组委会将退还缴纳已后勤费用的80%；
2025年10月29日00:00以后，组委会概不接受任何退赛退费申请。
**赛事开启后，如果选手中途退赛或者自行放弃酒店住宿和转场服务，一律按退赛处理，选手放弃的后程的住宿和交通也不得退订，组委会不接受任何退费申请。如果选手介意，切勿从组委会采购后勤服务。一旦缴费，视为选手接受组委会的以上规定。
2. 赛事开始前，如主办方因不可抗力（包括但不限于极端天气、疫情管控等原因）取消赛事，组委会将全额退还选手报名费至选手的原始付款账户。此外，选手因参加比赛而可能产生的往返比赛地交通费、预订退票费及其他相关费用，由选手自行承担。请选手谨慎报名。
3.赛事举办过程中，如主办方因不可抗力（包括但不限于极端天气等原因）决定中断赛事，组委会将立即终止比赛并不予退还费用。此外，选手因参加比赛而可能产生的交通费、预订退票费及其他相关费用，由选手自行承担。请选手谨慎报名。
SPECIAL NOTICE:
1.Refund of logistic products (including private customized logistic services).
If you apply for refund before 24:00 on Oct.14, 2025, the OC will refund 90% of the paid logistic fee.
If you apply for refund between 00:00 on Oct.15 and 24:00 on Oct.28, 2025, the OC will refund 80% of the paid logistic fee.
If you apply for refund after 00:00 on Oct.29, 2025, the OC will not accept any application for refund.
2. If the event is cancelled due to force majeure(including but not limited to extreme weather, epidemic control, etc.), the organizing committee will refund the registration fee in full to the original payment account of the participant. The organizing committee is not able to coordinate the cancellation process of transportation and accommodation for thetime being, nor can it bear the loss of the cancellation of transportation and accommodation fees. Please register carefully.
3. In the case that the event is suspend due to forcemajeure (including but not limited to extreme weather, epidemic control,etc.) the organizing committee will not be responsible for the refund of registration fee or other cancellation costfor the change plan of travelling.
