前言：

骑跑两项冲刺赛是为周末两天更长时间耐力赛热身的理想机会，每位参赛者都可以在每组起跑仪式上受到现场的关注。骑跑两项冲刺赛将在全天分多个组进行发枪。最后的决赛，男/女组别，公路车/山地车各成绩最好的前八名选手将在下午晚些时候进入最终对决，以决出胜者。

要点：

1. 骑跑两项冲刺赛仅适用于参加草原王组别（四项比赛全部参与）的参赛者。

2. 参赛选手根据性别和所使用自行车的种类（公路车或者山地车）被分配到一个预赛小组。

3. 所有小组赛结束后，成绩最快的男子公路车型组前8名和男子山地车型组前8名将参加男子组骑跑两项冲刺赛的总决赛；成绩最快的女子公路车型组前8名和女子山地车型组前8名将参加女子组骑跑两项冲刺赛的总决赛。

4. 参赛选手须按照公布的时间表，找到自己所属小组的比赛时间提前到达起点处，准备比赛。进入换项区时，选手也同样需要到自己相对应号码的点位进行换项。

器材要求：

1. 公路车参赛车型为大组赛公路赛车(限700C公路自行车)，不得加装任何辅助装置及附加把。

2. 山地车参赛车型为26寸、27.5、29寸车型，且必须使用1.7英寸及以上有齿外胎，禁止使用硬叉。

3. 本次比赛允许砾石车以及折叠车参与比赛，不单独设置组别奖金。这两种车型属于在公路车组别内，出发分区跟随公路车一同出发。

4. 所有参赛车辆在比赛时必须除去可能会导致伤害的非必要配件(如:车锁、车筐、车梯、后货架、附加把、小附把等)，不得配有任何非人力传动及助动装置，不得使用玻璃器皿。

5. 本届比赛不允许 E-Bike电助力自行车(电池充电)和Time Trial计时赛车参与。

比赛详情和规则：

1. 【比赛组别】骑跑两项冲刺赛分为男子组公路车型、男子组山地车型、女子组公路车型、女子组山地车型。

2. 【参赛条件】只有报名参加草原王组别比赛的人才能参加Sprint Duathlon。

3. 【积分排名】骑跑两项冲刺赛各组选手的成绩排名将转化为相对应的积分，计算入草原王组别的总积分(参见草原王规则)。

4. 【比赛内容】骑跑两项冲刺赛是三个小项目（骑-跑-骑）累加的计时赛，距离总长4.7公里，包括2.2公里的自行车骑行，1.4公里的跑步和1.1公里自行车骑行，起点和终点均设在文化广场。

5. 【赛制设计】比赛分为小组赛部分和决赛部分两个阶段进行，所有小组赛完成后，成绩总排名靠前的将进入到最后的男子/女子组决赛。

6. 【小组赛介绍】小组赛分男子组公路车型比赛、男子组山地车型比赛、女子组公路车型比赛、女子组山地车型比赛。小组赛每小组最少6人，最多25人。每名参赛选手都将获得一个有数字编号的头盔贴纸，在比赛全程中使用。

7. 【小组安排】参加骑跑两项冲刺赛的选手，在报名时可以选择参加上午的小组赛时间段或下午的小组赛时间段。但是，上午和下午的名额都设有数量限制，按照 '先到先得 '的原则进行分配。数量分配完毕必须遵守被分到的小组时间。小组赛时间一旦确定，则在任何情况下都不得更改。

8. 【组数设置】小组赛会有多少个小组，每个小组赛将设置多少人比赛，将根据报名情况而定，分组情况会在报名结束后给出。

9. 【装备规定】参赛选手和自行车须按规定正确佩戴和安装组委会统一配发的号码布与车牌。骑行的环节选手必须佩戴头盔，否则不能参赛，没有成绩。

10. 【鞋类选择】比赛对选手穿锁鞋或是跑鞋没有硬性规定。如果参赛选手认为在转换区换鞋会耽误太多时间，可以选择穿跑鞋完成骑行环节，选手自行决定穿哪种鞋参与比赛。

11. 【换项区】骑跑两项冲刺赛的换项区设置在西乌旗生态公园西 北门门口的停车场（西乌旗宾馆对面），当参赛者完成第一项2.2公里的骑行到达换项区时，须找到与自己头盔贴上号码一致的换项点位进行换项。须将换项的鞋子和头盔放进与头盔贴号码一致的篮子内，自行车也需要准确地挂在与头盔贴号码一致的自行车架的点位上。任何妨碍和占用其他参赛者指定位置的参赛者将被取消资格。

12. 【赛前准备】如果参赛选手希望穿跑鞋进行第二项（跑步项），则必须在其所在的小组赛开赛前至少30分钟，将跑鞋送至换项区，出示头盔贴，工作人员会将跑鞋提前放置对应的篮子里。

13. 【决赛介绍】比赛成绩以枪声计时为准。决赛分为两场比赛，分别为男子组决赛和女子组决赛，获得最好成绩的男子组公路车型前8名和男子组山地车型前8名将参加男子组决赛，获得最好成绩的女子组公路车型前8名和女子组山地车型前 8名将参加女子组决赛。

14. 【领奖选手】决赛部分将取出男子公路车组前三名、男子山地车组前三名，女子公路车组前三名、女子山地车组前三名。

15. 【比赛胜者】男女组别决赛的获胜者是骑跑两项冲刺赛的获胜者。

16. 【正确佩戴】每名参赛者须确保自己的自行车即装备适合完成比赛。参赛选手和自行车须按规定正确佩戴和安装组委会统一配发的号码布与车牌。

17. 【车辆维修】每名参赛者须自带自行车工具及备件，以应对比赛中可能出现的问题（如补气、调试链条、更换备胎等）。

18. 【车把要求】出于安全考虑，铁人三项比赛中所用自行车的“休息把”不允许在本比赛中使用。

19. 【车辆要求】比赛中只允许使用自然的腿部肌肉力量登骑。禁止使用任何形式的电子的、充电的或其他自动化机械辅助装置。组委会保留赛前检查参赛车辆是否符合规定的权利。所有参赛车辆在赛前必须拆除可能会导致伤害的非必要配件(如：车锁、车筐、脚撑、后货架等)。违反此规定的人员可能会被终身禁止参加Nordic Ways的赛事。

20. 【赛道指引】参赛选手必须服从赛事总监和或其助理以及赛道沿线任何官方裁判或赛道志愿者的提醒和指示。

21. 【阅读规则】每位参赛者都必须通读这些完整的竞赛规则和指南。开始比赛即表示参赛选手承认并接受竞赛规程。

22. 【公平竞赛】公平竞赛是比赛的准则，如果参赛选手被发现对他人做出不符合体育道德的行为，将被罚时或被比赛裁判取消比赛资格。

23.【交通管制】尽管当地政府对比赛期间的道路会实行交通管制，但因为比赛线路处在牧区范围，仍然可能会出现意想不到的情况，请大家一定留意小心。

24. 【开赛流程】每组参赛选手将由赛事主持人叫到起跑线，并亲自向现场观众和镜头介绍自己。参赛选手必须在其所在组别比赛开始前至少10分钟进入'等候区'。

25. 骑跑两项冲刺赛的赛道将使用橙色标识。

26. 【颁奖仪式】决赛结束后将举行颁奖仪式。有资格获得奖品的参赛选手必须留在赛场，颁奖仪式非常重要，请所有获奖选手必须提前到位，准时出席。如遇特殊情况，请提前安排代理人上台领奖。未按时参加颁奖仪式的选手视为放弃奖项。

27. 【比赛申诉】：比赛的申诉（包含但不限于对个人成绩、违规行为等有异议）的选手须在个人完赛后1小时内向终点线处的仲裁组提出申诉请求。申诉时，须提交书面的申诉请求，写清申诉的内容，签下姓名和时间，同时还需要缴纳200元的申诉押金，如果裁定申诉有效，申诉押金将全额退还，否则押金将不予返还。及时提出申请、马上提交材料、立刻缴纳押金这三部流程走完即视为申诉的开始。比赛申诉本着谁主诉谁来提供相关证明材料的大原则，申诉方或被投诉方都应该准备各自的证明材料，仲裁组在审核申诉方或被投诉方的证明材料后，在核实计时组提供的CP点记录后，在检查赛道流动裁判员的监督记录后做出最终仲裁裁决，裁决一旦做出，申诉方或被申诉方必须接受。主诉人的申诉请求若涉及到颁奖成绩和颁奖名次时，如果申诉结果还没有出来但同时又到了颁奖时间段，为了确保赛事的完整性，颁奖环节将继续依据计时组提供的有竞赛总监签字的成绩来先进行。申诉结果出来后，申诉成功有效，涉及到更改颁奖成绩或获奖人员，赛事组委会将另行通知更改获奖人，调换奖金奖品并公示告知。

28. 【成绩公布】当天的比赛结果将在终点现场的成绩公告板公布，并在当天晚些时候在网上公布。

29. 【受伤救援】如遇受伤和紧急情况时，请使用胸牌上印的紧急电话号码。只有在严重受伤或其它紧急情况下才使 这个号码。赛道沿线配备医疗点和跟随医疗救护，用于处理小问题。

30. 【主动弃赛】如果您因自行车机械故障退出冲刺赛，请尽量走回文化广场的终点。并且务必将您的参赛号码告知比赛裁判。

31. 【保护环境】参赛选手不得在赛道上丢弃任何垃圾，如被发现故意乱扔垃圾者将被取消比赛成绩。

32. 【紧急情况】如果出现恶劣天气、自然灾害、事故灾难、公共卫生事件、社会安全事件或因其他不可抗力可能影响比赛举办的情况，比赛总监在比赛裁判的协助下有权决定更改比赛路线、缩短比赛距离、延期比赛时间甚至在不可预见或特殊情况下骑取消比赛。

Foreword：

The short Run-Bike-Run race is an ideal opportunity to prep the muscles for the longer endurance races of the weekend, and every participant can be highlighted at the start procedure. The duathlon will be held in several heats, following which the fastest eight per category continue to a final shoot-out in the late afternoon to determine the winners.

Key Points ：

1. Only for participants in the KOG competition 

2. Each participant is assigned to a heat based on his/her bike category and biological sex 

3. The fastest eight participants per category in the heats are qualified for the Sprint Duathlon Final 

4. Participants must follow the announced time schedule and their assigned number spot in the transition zone

Equipment Requirements：

1. The participating models of road bikes are large group road racing bikes (limited to 700C road bikes), and no auxiliary devices or additional handlebars are allowed to be installed.

2. The participating mountain bike models are 26 inch, 27.5 inch, and 29 inch models, and must use 1.7-inch or larger toothed tires. The use of hard forks is prohibited.

3. Gravel bikes and folding bikes are allowed to participate in this competition, and no separate group prizes will be set. These two types of vehicles belong to the road bike category and set off in the same area as the road bike.

4. All participating vehicles must remove non essential accessories that may cause injury during the competition (such as car locks, baskets, ladders, rear shelves, additional handles, small attachments, etc.), and must not be equipped with any non-human transmission or auxiliary devices, and must not use glassware.

5. E-Bike (with battery charging) and Time Trial bikes are not allowed to participate in this competition.

Competition Details & Regulations 

1. Categories: The sprint duathlon competition will be held in two categories: road bike or MTB, and this for both male and female participants.

2. Condition of entry: only people signed up for the KOG competition can take part in the Sprint Duathlon .

3. The results of the sprint duathlon count towards the KOG points ranking (see KOG regulations). 

4. The sprint duathlon is a timed race consisting of 2.2km cycling, 1.4km running and again 1.1km cycling. Start and finish is at Culture Square. 

5. The competition will be held in various heats, followed by a final featuring the best performers in the heats. 

6. Heats are defined by biological sex and chosen bike category: road bike or MTB. (i.e. women against women, road bike against road bike). Heats will have minimum 6 and maximum 25 participants. Each participant receives a numbered helmet sticker for use in the sprint duathlon.

7. Participants can choose between a morning heat or an afternoon heat at registration. Both morning and afternoon sessions have a limited number of heats, so the allocation will be on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis. Once assigned to a heat, participants must stick to the heat and follow its time schedule. Changes are not permitted under any circumstance.

8. The number of heats is subject to the total number of registrations.

9. Wearing a helmet for the two cycling parts is mandatory. No helmet is disqualification. 

10. Free choice of footwear. Participants can choose to ride with running shoes if they think they will lose too much time changing shoes at the transition zone. It is up to the participant to decide what is best for his or her performance.

11. Transition zone at the entrance and exit of Xiwuqi EcoPark. Participants must hang their bicycle exactly on the numbered bike rack spot that corresponds with the helmet number they received at race pack collection. A basket with the same number will also be provided for those who wish to change shoes and/or drop their helmet for the running part. Participants who obstruct and occupy another participant’s assigned spot will be disqualified.

12. Participants can drop their running shoes at the transition zone if they wish to change shoes during the race, but must do so at least 30 minutes before the start of their heat. 

13. Race results are based on gun time. The fastest eight participants in each category (male RB, female RB, male MTB, female MTB) during the heats qualify for the Sprint Duathlon Final at the end of the afternoon. 

14. There will be two (2) Final races with 16 qualifiers: one male (8x RB, 8x MTB) and one female (8x RB, 8x MTB) .

15. The winners of the Final race are the winners of the Sprint Duathlon competition. 

16. Participants are personally responsible to ensure their bicycle, gear and other equipment are fit for the task. 

17. Participants are responsible to bring their own spare parts for any mechanical or bicyclerelated issue (e.g. to handle punctures or chain issues). 

18. Triathlon or TT handlebars are NOT allowed for safety reason.

19. E-bikes are NOT allowed. Any kind of electronic, battery-charged or other mechanical aids on any part of the bicycle is forbidden. People caught cheating against this rule may be banned for life from Nordic Ways events. The Organization Committee (OC) reserves the right to check bikes before the start. Footpeg, locks, etc. shall all be removed before the start of the event.

20. Participants must obey all orders and indications of the race director and/or his assistant, and any official marshals or volunteers along the race courses. 

21. Each participant must read through these full competition regulations and guidelines. By starting a race, the participant acknowledges and accepts the competition regulations 

22. Fair play is the order of the day: participants who are seen conducting unsporting behaviour towards others will get a time penalty and/or will be disqualified from the event by the Race Jury. 

23. Even though the race course is of course expected to be kept traffic free by local authorities, expect the unexpected.

24. Race start protocol: participants in each heat will be called to come to the start line by the event speaker and will be personally introduced to the spectators on site and online. Participants must enter the ‘waiting zone’ before their heat is called at least 10 minutes before their scheduled starting time.

25. Course marking: the sprint duathlon course will be marked in orange colours.

26. Results & Award ceremony - A prize giving ceremony will be held after the Final races. Participants eligible for a prize are required to remain at the Event Arena to collect their prize on the podium stage. 

27. Athletes who wish to appeal to the competition (including but not limited to objections to personal results, violations, etc.) must submit their appeal requests to the race jury at the finish line within one hour after their individual completion. When appealing, a written appeal request must be submitted, clearly stating the content of the appeal, signing the name and time, and a deposit of 200 yuan for the appeal must also be paid. If the appeal is ruled valid, the deposit will be fully refunded; otherwise, it will not be returned. The completion of the three processes of submitting an application in a timely manner, submitting materials immediately and paying the deposit right away is regarded as the beginning of the appeal. The appeal of the competition adheres to the general principle that the party making the appeal shall provide relevant supporting materials. Both the appellant and the party being complained against should prepare their own supporting materials. After the referee team reviews the supporting materials of the appellant or the party being complained against, verifies the CP point records provided by the timing group, and checks the supervision records of the mobile referees on the track, the final arbitration award will be made. Once the award is made, The complainant or the respondent must accept. When the appeal request of the chief complainant involves the podium results and rankings, and if the appeal result has not yet been released but it is also the awarding time period, in order to ensure the integrity of the event, the awarding process will continue to be carried out first based on the results provided by the timing group and signed by the race director. After the appeal result is out, the appeal will be successful and valid. If it involves changing the award results or the winners, the event organizing committee will notify the winners separately, exchange the prize money and prizes, and make a public announcement.

28. Race results will be posted on-site at the finish arena, and online later on the day.

29. Injury & emergency: please use the emergency telephone number printed on your bib. Please only use this number for serious injuries or other kinds of emergency situations. Aid stations are equipped with first-aid kits for minor issues. 

30. DNF - If you retire from the sprint race with a mechanical bike issue, please try to walk back to the finish at Culture Square . In any case, communicate your bib number to a race marshal. 

31. Leave No Trace: competitors are not permitted to throw any garbage on the race course and should keep it with them until the next aid station or designated littering zone. People caught littering deliberately will be disqualified from the race result. 

32. Please note that the Race Director, supported by the Race Jury, is authorised to make lastminute changes to the race course, the race distance or the timetable , and cancel the competition in case of unforeseen or exceptional circumstances, including foul weather, that jeopardise the security of the race or its participants.
