一.本人自愿报名参加2025穿越西乌旗草原99号公路马拉松及草原王挑战赛及一切相关活动(以下统称“比赛”)，本人具有参加本次比赛相应的民事行为能力和民事责任能力，全面理解并同意遵守组委会及协办机构(以下统称“主承办”)所制订的各项规程、规则、规定、要求及采取的措施。
二.本人充分了解参加本次比赛可能带来严重伤病和死亡的风险，这些风险可能包括但不限于：扭伤，劳损，撞伤骨折，因其他参赛者和车辆作为或不作为而导致的受伤，心脏类或脑部类疾病，永久行瘫痪。 同意自行承担参加本次比赛所可能存在的风险和责任。严格遵守参赛规则，佩戴好护具以及自律会降低此类风险。承诺已通过正规医疗机构进行体检，本人确认本人的身体状况能够参加赛赛，没有不宜参加赛事的疾病，如本人存在隐瞒不报等相关问题，导致本人在赛事中出现任何伤害事故，由本人自行负责。
三.本人将向主承办提供身份证件用于核实本人身份及参赛资格，保证提交的身份证件和文件资料真实有效，并承担因提供不实信息所产生的全部责任。
四.本人同意在参赛过程中遵守裁判、医疗人员和安保人员的要求，在未完成本次比赛、身体不适及出现突发状况时主动退出本次比赛，并承担因本人坚持本次比赛所产生的全部责任与后果；同意接受主承办在本次比赛期间提供的现场急救性质的医务治疗，但在医院救治等发生的相关费用由本人自理。
五.本人同意主承办以我为被保险人投保人身意外险，确认已知悉并同意保险合同的相关内容。本人授权组委会及指定媒体无偿使用本人的姓名、肖像、声音和其它个人资料用于比赛的组织和推广。
六.本人已知悉并承诺严格遵守赛事安全要求，组委会将根据安全办赛要求，动态调整赛事计划（包括不仅限于赛事举办时间、赛事规模、参赛要求等）
我已经认真阅读且充分理解了这份免责文件的全部内容，我知晓同意这份文件将会放弃一些重要的权利。
1、 I voluntarily participate in 2025Xiwuqi Route 99 Marathon & King of the Grasslands Challenge and all related activities (hereinafter referred to as the "race"), and I have the corresponding civil capacity and civil liability to participate in this race. I fully understand and agree to abide by the rules, regulations, requirements, and measures formulated by the organizing committee and co organizers (hereinafter referred to as the "OC").
2、 I fully understand the risks of serious injury, illness, and death that may arise from participating in this race. These risks may include but are not limited to: sprains, strains, collisions and fractures, injuries caused by the actions or inactions of other participants and vehicles, heart or brain diseases, and permanent paralysis. I agree to bear any risks and responsibilities that may arise from participating in this race on my own. I will strictly abide by the race rules, wear numbered protective gear, and self-discipline will reduce such risks. I promise that I have undergone a medical examination at a reputable medical institution and confirmed that my physical condition is suitable for this race.
3、 I will provide my identity documents to OC for verification of my identity and eligibility to participate in the race. I guarantee the authenticity of the documents and assume all responsibilities arising from providing false information.
4、 I agree to comply with the requirements of the referee, medical staff, and security personnel during the race. If I fail to complete the race, experience physical discomfort, or encounter unexpected situations, I will voluntarily withdraw from the race. If I insist on completing the race, I voluntarily assume all responsibilities and consequences arising therefrom. I agree to accept on-site emergency medical treatment provided by the OC during this race, and agree that any related expenses incurred during hospital treatment will be borne by myself.
5、 I agree that the organizer will purchase personal accident insurance for me, I am aware of and agree to the relevant content of the insurance contract.
6、 I authorize the organizing committee and official media to use my name, portrait, voice, and other personal information free of charge, solely for the organization and promotion of the race.
7、 I am aware of and promise to strictly comply with the safety requirements of the race. The organizing committee will dynamically adjust the race plan based on the safety requirements (including but not limited to the time, scale, and requirements of the race)
I have carefully read and fully understood all the contents of this disclaimer, and I understand and agree with the content mentioned in this document.
