**请选手认真阅读竞赛须知、赛事日程、退赛退费政策等赛事必要信息，确认无误后报名。

选手报名并付费成功，视为认可和接受组委会公布的价格、退费规则。

报名费价格说明

1、报名费价格仅为各站比赛赛事服务费，不含酒店住宿、餐饮、大转场交通服务。如需了解赛事后勤服务及价格，请关注后勤信息模块。

2、参赛选手在签到时/完赛时会获得如下赛事纪念品：

(1) 赛事物资1份（含赛事手册、号码牌、号码簿、存衣包）；

(2) 参赛当站完赛纪念牌1份；

(3) 赛事纪念包一个；

(4) 赛事纪念T恤一件。

3、 全五站参赛选手在签到时/完赛时会获得如下赛事纪念品：

(1) 赛事物资1份（含赛事手册、号码牌、号码簿、存衣包）；

(2) 格兰芬多定制款骑行服1件；

(3) 格兰芬多定制款骑行眼镜1副；

(4) 各站完赛纪念牌1份；

(5) 全五站完赛纪念品1份；

(6) 赛事纪念包一个；

(7) 赞助商礼品若干。

4、名额限制：

本次比赛全站参赛选手名额限制1200名，单站每站参赛选手名额限制400名。

5、报名时间

 报名至2025年10月14日24点截止，或在赛段名额满额后截止。

1.退费申请方式：

填写赛事电子手册《退赛申请》表单来提交退费信息。

填写《电子赛事手册》退费是组委会唯一认可的退费渠道。组委会接受申请后，将在15个工作日内将款项退回至选手的指定收款账户。

2.正常退赛退费：

（1）报名费退赛退费

2025年10月14日24:00以前申请退赛，组委会将退还缴纳报名费的80%；

组委会不接受保留名额至下一个参赛年度。

（2）后勤产品（含私人定制后勤服务）退费:

2025年10月14日24:00以前取消后勤服务，组委会将退还已缴纳后勤费用的90%；

2025年10月15日00:00至10月28日24:00取消后勤服务，组委会将退还缴纳已后勤费用的80%；

2025年10月29日00:00以后，组委会概不接受任何退赛退费申请。

**赛事开启后，如果选手中途退赛或者自行放弃酒店住宿和转场服务，一律按退赛处理，选手放弃的后程的住宿和交通也不得退订，组委会不接受任何退费申请。如果选手介意，切勿从组委会采购后勤服务。一旦缴费，视为选手接受组委会的以上规定。

3.因伤退赛：

本赛事未设置因伤退赛特殊条款。因伤病无法参赛的选手，请参考正常退赛退费规定执行。

4. 参赛名额为选手个人所有，组委会概不接受任何名额转让申请。签到时，选手应出示本人身份证或其他有效证件原件。

5. 特别条款：

1) 赛事开始前，如主办方因不可抗力（包括但不限于极端天气等原因）取消赛事，组委会将全额退还选手报名费至选手的原始付款账户。此外，选手因参加比赛而可能产生的往返比赛地交通费、预订退票费及其他相关费用，由选手自行承担。请选手谨慎报名。

2) 赛事举办过程中，如主办方因不可抗力（包括但不限于极端天气等原因）决定中断赛事，组委会将立即终止比赛并不予退还费用。此外，选手因参加比赛而可能产生的交通费、预订退票费及其他相关费用，由选手自行承担。请选手谨慎报名。

Participants should read the relevant documents carefully, understand the registration and participation conditions of the event, and understand price and cancellation & refund policy that will be implemented during the event. Make sure you can accept before your registration.

EXPLANATION FOR REGISTRATION FEE:

1. Event registration fee has no logistic service included.

2. Participants who join 1 stage race will receive the following event souvenirs upon check-in/completion of the race:

(1) Race materials (including race manual, number plate, number bib and deposit bag);

(2) One medal after finishing each race;

(3) One event commemorative bag;

(4) One event commemorative T-shirt. 

3. Participants of all five stages will receive the following event souvenirs upon check-in/completion of the race:

(1) Race materials (including race manual, number plate, number bib and deposit bag);

(2) One souvenir jersey ;

(3) One medal after finishing each race;

(4) One finisher's gift for the completion of all five stages;

(5) One event commemorative bag;

(6) One pair of Granfondo custom cycling glasses;

(7) Other  sponsor's souvenirs.

4. Maximum entry to all 5 stages  is 1200. Maximum entry to 1 stage is 400.

5. Registration form will close after 24:00 14th Oct. 2025. Or if the registed participant  number of each category has reached to the maximum.

1.The registration fee is not included in the price of logistic package.

2. Hotel information will be announced 15 days before the race.

3. Due to limited hotel resources in Fengqing, each hotel is relatively small in scale and separated by a distance. If you mind, please choose carefully.

Cancellation& Refund Policy

1. Apply for refund: participants who wish to apply for refund should submit their refund information directly by completing the“refund”form in the Granfondo Yunnan Online Event Manual. Filling in the Online Event Manual is the only refund method recognized by the OC. After accepting the application and verifying that the relevant documents are correct, the OC will return the money to the player's designated collection account within 15 working days.

2. Normal application for refund:

(1) Refund of registration fee

l If you apply for refund before 24:00 on Oct.14 2025, the OC will refund 80% of the paid registration fee.

l If you apply for refund after 00:00 on Oct.15, 2025, the OC will not accept any application for refund. If participants confirms that they are unable to participate after 00:00 on Oct 15, 2025, they should proactively apply to the OC for the delivery of event materials. The OC will send out the event materials to the registered addresses of the participants within one week after the competition. The express delivery fees incurred will be borne by the participants themselves.

The OC will not reserve registration place for the next year.

(2) Refund of logistic products (including private customized logistic services).

l If you apply for refund before 24:00 on Oct.14, 2025, the OC will refund 90% of the paid logistic fee.

l If you apply for refund between 00:00 on Oct.15 and 24:00 on Oct.28, 2025, the OC will refund 80% of the paid logistic fee.

l If you apply for refund after 00:00 on Oct.29, 2025, the OC will not accept any application for refund.

3. Cancellation for Medical Reasons:

There is no special refund clause for the applicants due to medical reasons. All refund applicants must follow the normal application rules.

4. REGISTRATION IS PERSONAL AND CAN NOT BE TRANSFERRED TO ANY OTHER PERSON. Your passport or ID card must be showed when you check-in.

6. SPECIAL NOTICE:

(1) If the race is cancelled due to force majeure (including but not limited to extreme weather), the OC will refund the full amount of the player's registration fee to the participant's original payment account. But, participants will be responsible for any transportation costs to and from the stage, booking fees and other related expenses that may be incurred as a result of participating in the race. Please register carefully.

(2) If the event is suspended due to force majeure (including but not limited to extreme weather), the OC will terminate the race immediately and will not refund the fee. In addition, players will be responsible for any transportation fees, booking fees and other related expenses that may be incurred as a result of participating in the race. Please register carefully.
